Flair was pivotal in the opening of Fountain Place, a new bed & breakfast near Downtown Ithaca. We developed a business plan and marketing strategy for the new company, and through execution of our initiatives achieved near 50% occupancy for the bed & breakfast shortly after opening. We continue to manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations at the property, as well as the business's complete online presence.
